SHIPPING

Spain:

• Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days, although you may receive it within 24 hours depending on the option you select.
• We have only one shipping method: Standard and free.
• You will receive your order from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Rest of the world:

• Shipping will take between one week and 10 days.
• The shipping method is Standard and costs 10€ + VAT.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We offer you the possibility to return your purchase within 14 working days after confirmation of delivery of the product.
• We will take care of the logistic expenses originated by the return, your satisfaction comes first.
• To process a return, please contact us through our Contact Form.
• It is essential that the product and its accessories are in perfect condition and contained in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to pack the product properly to avoid possible damage during transport. We will pick up the package at your home.
• Once we receive the return shipment, we will check that everything is in perfect condition and we will refund the value of the returned products, based on the payment method you used to make your purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc).
